      Hybrid Performance Coaching

      Hybrid Performance Coaching

      $0.00
      Our 4 week cycle of 1-on-1 rehab and coaching service (virtual or concierge). We provide hybrid services using a comprehensive in-person or virtual evaluation to create individualized programming complemented by weekly touch points and remote support via email.

      Individualized and comprehensive programming based on YOUR goals, past medical history, and current or previous injuries.

      Individualized video instruction of exercises provided to ensure proper form and safety.

      Initial 45-60 minute session (virtual or concierge) to become familiar with each other and discuss injury, sport background, functional limitations, pain, and short/long term goals.

      Comprehensive movement/performance analysis (virtual or in-person) specific to YOUR sport/activities and YOUR long term goals for the program.

      Unlimited email support with WEEKLY follow ups (Check in to discuss progress, setbacks, and ANY questions you have).

      15-30 minute video calls performed at weeks 2 and 4 to discuss the current program, determine possible progressions, modifications, or regressions needed to reach short and long term goals, and reassess original movement/ performance exam for progress made.
      More Details

      Physical therapy services an be rendered with client within borders of the state of Wisconsin both in-person and virtually. All custom coaching services (rehabilitation, training, consultation, and coaching) start date dependent on approval of application. Once approved, in-voice based on applicable rate will be delivered electronically.

       

      Our skill sets include:
      -therapeutic exercises including mobility, stretching, and strengthening
      -gait assessment for walking, running, and hiking
      -manual therapy including soft tissue work, dry needling, joint mobilization, and tool-assisted techniques
      -ergonomic assessment for home, work, and vehicles
      -speed and power development for sports performance

      Conditions that we frequently treat as physical therapists:
      -Knee pain
      -low back pain
      -shin splints
      -neck pain
      -shoulder dysfunction
      -dizziness
      -imbalance
      -post-surgical conditions

      Scenarios we have tackled as performance coaches:
      -activity capacity development for adventurous trips and sports including running, hiking, climbing, skiing, mountain biking
      -weight loss and nutrition goal-setting

        Our mission at Expedition Performance is to guide active individuals in developing tools and skills to overcome physical challenges. Our focus is on active care via physical therapy and performance coaching while providing education to design longitudinal solutions for success. This is completed via a hybrid approach of in-person and virtual services. Our goal is to help our clients become “Expedition Athletes” - those who perform intentional movement across their lifespan for the purpose of discovery, enjoyment, and rejuvenation.
